    Can anybody identify this ancient beast? Looks to have a live rear axle (a differential). Allegedly the car has "full suspension" and Suzuki 550 twin 2 stroke power. Probably an old concession...

    That looks indeed like one of the early Eldon Rasmussen concession cars that were later copied by MGP. Telltale sign is Dana golf cart live axle. Heavy. Original mgp cars had Sachs 294 wankle power...
