Is the drivers height in his legs or torso?
Is he/she pot-bellied, thick...

I use a $60 lawn tractor battery (manageable size and weight) with a handle and Anderson jump plug. More than enough to start the car.

Trying to read between the lines you wrote .... is it the fact that it's NEW that appeals to you, versus paying half as much for a well maintained and likely equally fast FC/MZR that is also 'just'...

you're presuming equal drag (aero and mechanical);
your PFM has bigger tires, bigger sidepods, bigger wings ...
