The Novak pucks will only work with the NovaKar suspension design. The pucks the OP is referring to are for a canister design not the Novakar setup.

Lets keep in mind radiused Inlet restrictors are not legal in F500 for obvious reasons. In fact you cant even put a chamfer on them per the GCR.

The cars most likely have too much torque on the suspension rockers. Too much dampening. The lower the dampening the greater the "advanced notice" you will have of an impending spin. Of course...

There are 3 motor generations commonly used in our class

06/07 Silver cylinder head, airbox mounts to throttle bodies with hose clamps

08/09 Black cylinder head, airbox bolts into throttle...

I'm a little surprised with the pushback on this idea from the 494 community. Why so little interest in making more power with an engine package that is perceived as not being super competitive...

I would think anyone who owns a 494 powered F500 who wants to be more competitive would absolutely jump on this idea..

In short yes, but its probably wayyy more effort than it's worth. You will end up with a car that is not competitive.

Much less hassle and in the end cheaper to buy one of many great cars...
