Worn gears look nothing like "mirco-polished" i.e. REM.

Why do you think micro polishing of transmission gears is permitted by the rules?

I have a fixture for locating the angle iron engine mounts, should you need it.

When did this become legal? I thought the max allowable volume was still 250cc, I see that it's now 1500cc.

Is it possible the car in question has a 0.82 fourth instead of 0.89? This could explain not being able to use fourth. I suggest checking the ratios.

The Tilton website has drawings of the pedals, cylinder mounts, etc. Lots of good info there.
