I didn't see where you had checked fuel pressure on the line. Stock FI Suzuki's require a pump that gives at least 40 lbs. of pressure. I have run higher with a built motor.. Carbed engines 3-5...
I did the same thing in all the details noted above but cut the tubing material on a 45 and also did button welds on the tubing. The engine in the car was a turbo ZX-11. No failures of any kind

My understanding of testing if the diff is working is to get rear wheels of the ground and make sure the rears will turn in opposite directions. Perhaps others have a better test of diff working?
