Glad you found the likely culprit. Now please neatly zip tie those grounds along the horizontal tube at the bottom and also up the vertical tube so they don't flop around and cause the ring terminals...

11.3V when running? At least 2V too low. There are procedures in the service manual for checking every component in your charging system. Generator, voltage regulator, wire somewhere in between, etc....

Do you have data? Battery voltage logs will reflect a failing voltage regulator.

Hard to say without seeing/hearing it, but only achieving 85-90 mph is essentially no power. Did this happen suddenly? I'd be looking first at your fuel injectors. Ideally, you should have at least...
