Front width on C/Cup wheels is just under 60 inches..Rear just under 59. Stock wheels and slicks will be a narrower.
Most Toy Haulers have a very steep ramp which will present a bit of an issue....

I have removed old foam residue out by adding a gal of Gas and 10 feet of brass chain .
Agitate and pour out gas. Put fuel through filter pour in with chain and shake again.

I have had to grind head smooth to about 1/2 the thickness to clear the hub cap.

100LL av gas I have run 93 octane sports gas. but the lack of lead may be an issue.

Most folks in Challenge Cup Series use agm or Gel Cell.
14-20 Amp batteries seem to work fine.
Although the lithium are light they need to monitored while
charging and are expensive.

We were racing at Miller and had the day off .
Went to Salt Flats where that Lazer Vee and several other vees were running.
The Utah Speed week has a class for everything including 2 Cycle...

The Protoform and Vortech Vees both spec'd the CNC.
If Dietmar has them in stock thats your best recommendation.

I have used both Wilwood and CNC with very good results.
I have one EMPI chinese copy in new spares.
It was cheap but unknown quality.

Most Vee folks
use scribed line on slicks. On some street tread tires it is possible to find continuous tread
to scribe a line on after coating them with chalk.

A few years ago I helped Duke Waldrop get his vintage vee up to speed at a very competitive SARRC
regional race at Roebling Road.
He ran up front finishing 3rd to some good local cars.

The Kenwood Radio set for sale on Apex is the same as I use.
It is a good value, and will be fine in Vee.
Ask about the age of Batteries , they are available but not cheap .
