    I had the stock original Lucas switch in my 84...

    I had the stock original Lucas switch in my 84 Lola. Still worked great and I never had to worry about losing the "key". I'd stick with the Lucas and worry about it again in another 20 years.

    I don't think this is true. I have a factory brochure of 642 and the chassis is clearly black. My car's chassis is black (a 644) and it is original. I have seen another 644 and it's chassis was grey....
