    No corner of the car weights 1500 lbs. The whole car maybe.
    Remember, springs rates I've given are for old cars, in some case, not adjusted for modern replacement tires.

    For some manufactures, they call this type of harness layout, a Formula style.
    Been used by Willans, Luke, etc., not only for formula/sport racers but GT/sedan types, forever.
