DUFFUS 3 at Summit Point Video

The DUFFUS racers put on a great show at Summit Point this past weekend. The Sunday morning race saw a great CF battle between Dave Harmison, Max King, and Kevin Brumbaugh. At the flag it was Chris Horan and Sam Lockwood in FF followed by Max, Kevin and Dave in CF. Hopefully Dave and Max have some video to post.

The Sunday afternoon Bonus Race was another good one. With qualifying position based on the fastest lap from the Saturday race, Phil Kingham was relegated to the back of the grid due to a first lap incident and DNF on Saturday. In the Sunday afternoon Bonus Race, he worked his way thru the field to finish 4th overall and 2nd in CF behind Chis Horan (FF), Sam Lockwood (FF), and Wayne Nicolette (CF).

I really like your precision! for someone in thier second? season that is impressive! hitting all of those apexes on every lap. Well done.

What brand is that camera mount? (So I don't buy one!) Thought I was watching a motoGP race with the GyroCam calibrated wrong.

Nice racing Max and Dave! Wish I could have been in the middle of it.

All in all, another fun race weekend. Here's to hoping we can get a hard-tire CFF lap record officially recognized :D. Starting at the back again on Sunday afternoon was a real disappointment for me, but being a bit pissed off pushed me to go faster than I ever thought I could go.

The one labelled Morning Race - Accident at One Minute is just what it says, the shunt in the first race. Three quarters of the way through you can see Wayne Nicolette spin off in turn one when his steering rack sticks.

The other is the incredible battle I had with Max Sunday AM. Great young driver. Need someone to do a side-by-side of his video and mine of that race.

Hi Max,

I believe that Sandy Harmison took lots of pictures during the weekend. Let's see if Dave or Sandy hops on and tells us how to get to them. Doug Fisher has also started a Facebook page (but I have no idea how that works) and I think that he has a post explaining how to find it.
