Torque Spec & Brake Fluid

Does anyone know the proper torque the wheel nut should be tightened on a VD FC?

What is the correct/ best brake fluid to be used?

there will be all kinds of opinions, but I've found the most cost effective solution with a decent heat resistance is ATE blue.

That's what I use - inexpensive, easily available, easy on seals, and no temperature problems.

I finally got the car complete. Just a few more adjustments to make. Hence the posting. I just want to make sure I get it right. It's come a long way since you have seen it.
