Hi Rick,

Don't know yet, I am sill in the process of taking it apart. The engine still runs, just not smooth. During the race it was stalling and stuttered about 3 times per lap and I dropped 3 positions per lap. Before sending it out, I will check everything incl. compression, as it could simply be electrical, injectors, spark plugs or the fuel pump.

what is the actual age of the tires?

Manufacturing date?

Are they A11s or A56s?

Martin, what happended? U where not your speedy self.
I took over first when repar pulled off.
Two laps later i got a low voltage warning. Merritt who wasn't in the same zip code caught me on the last lap when i could only muster 5000 rpm.
When i hiT the pits we found the alt belt had come off!!!!!!!!

I can't find a date on the tires, but I purchased them brand new from Eric at http://www.frisbyracetire.com in March 2014. From what he told me they came from the last container shipment, so they are fresh).

They are the A514 (a compound between the A56 and A11). See the AVON Compounds: http://www.avonmotorsport.com/resource-centre/compounds

Yeah I was wonder what happened to you too. For me I had problems right from the start. First I got a skidpad on my head, then we almost car pilled over Repar as he decided to cross the track without checking his mirrors when his car broke down. And then my engine started acting up. so I pulled in the pits. This is the first time I couldn't finish a race in 5 seasons, so I can't complain.
