Based on what wheel offset/backspace?

The upper and lower arms are stamped "200". Not sure if that means anything. I'll get measurements this afternoon.

I am pretty sure I am the last one to race this car at a national level.

This is Novak conversion prototype from what we were told and while there are a few updates that could be made it is a very competitive car.
