Second Act approaches

A mere 8 weeks from today the second season of the F1600 Formula F gets underway at VIR with Thursday April 12 testing ahead of the opening round April 13-15.
With some really exciting and interesting new developments, many noted on the series website, the series looks better the second time around.
Expect a tentative entry list posted here in a few weeks but you can be sure that whether a driver is 16 or 61 he/she will have plenty of competition regardless where on the grid he/she finds himself/herself.
The slightly expanded [over the inaugural 2011's 5 doubles] schedule of 6 double race weekends spread over 7 months, almost perfectly one every 4 or 5 weeks [except the finale which is 7 weeks after the previous show] should allow everyone time to prepare for the next race weekend.
Lots of new teams, drivers, cars, it is looking really intense, to say the least.
We are all looking forward to welcoming new faces and getting reacquainted with old ones at VIR during the second week of April, see you there !
