Aaron Ellis' Wife

She is on a transplant list. This means that Aaron can be no further than 2 hours away from home. Thus, he can not race at all. His F500 is sitting there ready to go so I am sure that someone in need can work out a rental deal with him. In the meantime, keep Aaron and his family in your prayers. He does NOT know that I have done this so if you contact him(ellismtsprts@aol.com) be prepared to say that you saw this thread if you are the first to contact him.
I am sure that whatever the community can do to help will be much appreciated.

You probably shouldn't talk about others' medical situations. Actually, you definitely shouldn't. HIPAA regs and all.

WOW!! :-( You try to do something thoughtful for a fellow racer and you get this negative reaction. You, sir, would go crazy seeing all the medical information that is on social media.

Especially without the poor chap in question even aware. Good intentions, but misguided.

It's the thought that counts right?

As far as HIPAA goes, that doesn't apply to individuals but rather certain medical professionals and related entities.
